1) First Three days
Carb:- Barley
Vegetables:-Lady
Finger, Fenugreek, Collard green leaves, Maringa, Mint, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato,
Nigella seeds.
Fruit:- Peach, Persimmon
fruit, Grape fruit, Fig, Chinese goose berry, Cherries(Prunes).
Dry Fruit:- Walnut.
Edible Oil:- Canola
oil
2) Next Three days
Protein:- Mutton ,Mung bean.
Carb:- Brown Bread, Maize
Vegetables:-Butternut
squash, Pumpkin, lemon, Ridge gourd, Zucchini, Bell pepper.
Fruit:-Grape, Sweat Orange,
Mango, Golden date, Sweat prune, Loquat. Kinnow, Pineapple.
Dry Fruit:- Bund,
Raisins, Apricot, Jaggery, Honey (of small bee).
Edible Oil:-Ghee
(Clarified cow butter)
3) Seventh Day
Protein:- Urad pulse, Goat
brain and Trotters, Cow milk.
Carb:- Brown Rice
Vegetables:- Cauliflower,
Radish pods, Taro, Carrot, Round gourd, Yellow Turnip, Pumpkin, Orchid
flower(white).
Fruit:- Apple, Melon,
Water melon, Cantaloupe melon, Papaya, Banana, Guava,
Apricot, White pomegranate, Mulberry, Sapodilla, Sapodilla, Pear, Sweat potato,
Sugar cane.
Dry Fruit:- Almond,
Cashew nut, Mixed melon seeds.
HOW TO PREVENT YOURSELF FROM
EPIDEMIC
Following measures will greatly help you
from viral epidemic including Corona:-
3) Lukewarm water:- Frequently drink small amount of lukewarm water daily (Cold water and cold drinks are harmful.
However juices of above mentioned fruits are recommended).
