PREVENT YOURSELF FROM EPIDEMICS


   Viral epidemics impact to those individuals who have poor immune system or living in poor sanitary conditions. Here, I am giving you a chart comprising of the diet which will strengthen your immune system. This chart comprises of list of edibles from which you can select daily diet according to your resources and availability. At the end I will tell you safety measures to prevent yourself from the viral epidemics especially those which affect respiratory system.
Now let us see the diet chart.

1)  First Three days
Protein:- Meat of chicken, Camel, Partrige, Quail, Mail Sparrow, Egg.
Carb:- Barley
Vegetables:-Lady Finger, Fenugreek, Collard green leaves, Maringa, Mint, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato, Nigella seeds.
Fruit:- Peach, Persimmon fruit, Grape fruit, Fig, Chinese goose berry, Cherries(Prunes).
Dry Fruit:- Walnut.
Edible Oil:- Canola oil 

2)  Next Three days
Protein:- Mutton ,Mung bean.
Carb:- Brown Bread, Maize
Vegetables:-Butternut squash, Pumpkin, lemon, Ridge gourd, Zucchini, Bell pepper.
Fruit:-Grape, Sweat Orange, Mango, Golden date, Sweat prune, Loquat. Kinnow, Pineapple.
Dry Fruit:- Bund, Raisins, Apricot, Jaggery, Honey (of small bee).
Edible Oil:-Ghee (Clarified cow butter)

3)  Seventh Day
Protein:- Urad pulse, Goat brain and Trotters, Cow milk.
Carb:- Brown Rice
Vegetables:- Cauliflower, Radish pods, Taro, Carrot, Round gourd, Yellow Turnip, Pumpkin, Orchid flower(white).
Fruit:- Apple, Melon, Water melon, Cantaloupe melon, Papaya, Banana, Guava, Apricot, White pomegranate, Mulberry, Sapodilla, Sapodilla, Pear, Sweat potato, Sugar cane.
Dry Fruit:- Almond, Cashew nut, Mixed melon seeds.
Edible Oil:- Olive oil


HOW TO PREVENT YOURSELF FROM EPIDEMIC
Following measures will greatly help you from viral epidemic including Corona:-
1)    Extra virgin olive oil :- Put 3 or 4 drops of olive oil in both nostrils three times daily.
2)     Nigella seeds :- Chew and swallow few grains of nigella seeds after each meal three times daily.
3)     Lukewarm water:- Frequently drink small amount of lukewarm water daily (Cold water and cold drinks are harmful. However juices of above mentioned fruits are recommended).
4)     Saline gargles:- At bed time and early morning saline gargles are very much beneficial.
5)    Steam inhalation:- If throat is feeling sore, steam inhalation is beneficial.
6)  Face Mask:- When going outside  use face mask and avoid crowded places.
 Book7) Hand wash:- Frequent hand wash with soap at least 30 seconds is highly beneficial.
